The Position:

You will be part of the Inside Sales team in EMEA, working together with a dynamic and multi-cultural sales department. Your role will consist of identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities to maximize and expand EAT sales opportunities. You will conduct outbound communications and campaigns with HID Customers, strategic business alliances, leads and prospects to provide consistent product knowledge expertise for HID Extended Access Technologies Products (RFID & Biometrics) with the goal of generating new opportunities.

You will receive and process inbound inquiries related to HID Solutions and/or services and manage relationships with customers and contacts making use of the CRM tools supporting all customers in EMEA.

Direct channel customer responsibilities may be assigned for a set of given customers in EMEA.


What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree (or better) or equivalent training and experience in sales, or customer service organization. We are also looking for you to have a minimum 3 years’ experience in tele-sales, inside sales, sales development, or account management. Experience in supporting direct OEM accounts in the Security market is an advantage.

You should have excellent selling skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Other key skills include pp to date telecommunication and cold call skills, as well as good interpersonal skill.

You should be able to demonstrate time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills. As well as extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
