The position

You will be working in a team of experienced Chip OS and middleware developers and certification specialists. The team specializes in embedded software residing in secure micro-controllers embarked in smartcards and electronic passport booklets.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Study of standards and specifications related to Smart Card applications
  • Working in team to develop native COSs and Java card applications on new secure microcontroller chip platforms
  • Implementation of new features for e-Documents such as cards and e-Passports
  • Implementation of chip OS personalization tools
  • Participation in the analysis and design of new architectures for COS.
  • Writing documentation.

What we are looking for in Experience?

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Good knowledge in C, C++ programming
  • Knowledge in Java and/or C# programming
  • Knowledge in software engineering principles
  • Knowledge in computer architecture

Preferred experience:

  • Full proficiency in English language
  • Embedded software for secure micro-controllers
  • Development of smart card chip OS products
  • Knowledge in ISO7816, ICAO DOC9303 and BSI TR-03110 specifications
  • Experience in Common Criteria certification of ChipOS and/or JavaCard applets
  • Knowledge in cryptography and in secure implementation
